A student must meet the state minimum age requirement to enter school and submit the following:- Proof of age—Original Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.
- Original High School Diploma, G.E.D. or an Academic Transcript of a student who has successfully completed at least a two-year program that is acceptable for full credit toward a bachelor’s degree.
- Income information (i.e. the applicant’s 1040 form or, if dependent, parents’ 1040 form) which is necessary to qualify applicants for financial aid.
