The Esthetics and Nail Specialty program will cover a comprehensive range of topics to ensure graduates are well-prepared for a career in nail and skin care. Here is an overview of what students will learn in our Esthetics and Nail Specialty program:
Perform waxing treatments and various facial treatments such as cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, facial massage, mask application and chemical peels.
Fundamentals of makeup application.
Learn classic and spa manicure procedures, including nail shaping, nail extensions, cuticle care, hand and foot massage, exfoliation, moisturizing, and nail polish application.
Learn how to assess skin conditions and determine appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
Develop communication skills to consult with clients, assess their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
Understand products, their ingredients, and how to recommend appropriate products for your clients.

Spa Esthetician: Provide skincare treatments, facials, and relaxation therapies in a spa setting, focusing on rejuvenation for clients.
Makeup Artist: Specialize in makeup application for events, photo shoots, weddings, and film or television productions, utilizing skincare knowledge to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
Retail Specialist: Work in skincare product retail, assisting clients in selecting appropriate skincare products, providing recommendations based on skin type and concerns, and promoting product benefits.
Nail Technician: Work in a salon or spa providing nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, nail enhancements (acrylics, gels, silk wraps), nail art, and nail repairs.
Nail Artist: Concentrate on creating intricate and personalized nail designs using various techniques such as hand-painted designs, embellishments, decals, stamping, and using nail art tools.
