Fall Nail Art Trends
As we usher in cooler weather, pumpkin-spicing everything up along the way, it’s a great time to usher in the fun and fabulous fall nail trends making the rounds this year. This year’s offerings are an awesome combo of subtle and sassy with a hint of abstract. So, check out a few of our favorite fall styles showing up on fingertips everywhere!
A French twist
Classic French nails are getting a new spin with bold, deep red and burnished gold tips. You can also try a neutral colored nail and a French tip in any color that inspires you!
Marble-medley
There are so many options with this multi-colored style. Swirl 2 or 3 colors together while your polish is still wet to achieve a marvelously marbled look.
Abstract art
You don’t have to be Picasso to get a little abstract with your nails. Create a canvas with a neutral color and brush a swoosh of white across your nails that looks like you used a paint brush. Follow up by drawing that distorted, Picasso-like face with black polish.
Color block
Pair this look with your favorite color-block dress using the same color palette to create distinct sections. You can also go for the opposites attract theme and use shades that are on the other end of the spectrum from your dress.
Full- flannel
In a nod to cooler temps, try warming things up with flannel at your fingertips, using bolder squares than you would for ordinary plaid to get the full flannel feel.
Let your nails do the talking
You have 10 fingers, so what do you want to say? Spell out your message in 10 words or less over a base color or just paint a single nail with your initials. This trend will have heads turning to see what your nails are saying.
The great thing about nail art is that it’s so temporary. You can change up your look every day if you feel like it. So, have some fun with it and explore your inner artist. If your inner artist is inspired by all things beauty, maybe a career in the beauty industry is right for you!
