Sephora Scholarship Program
At Sephora, we believe in the beauty of diversity and the diversification of the beauty industry. The Sephora Scholarship Program was created to EMPOWER students of
diverse backgrounds with an emphasis on underrepresented students pursuing a licensed career in beauty through professional training and education. This 6-month program provides participants with tuition support for cosmetology and esthetician school in addition to the benefits listed.

Requirements
-Beauty Scholar must commit to the full 6-month paid internship.
-Applicants must be able to work a minimum of four hours per week in-store.
-Be able to attend key trainings and in-store shifts.
-Active enrollment at an accredited cosmetology or esthetician school must be maintained while participating.
Who Can Apply?
-You should be enrolled in a cosmetology and/or esthetician program with a start date between January 1, 2024 and April 1, 2024 and you must be able to commit to four hours in store a week starting April 1st – September 30th. Applicants must be age 18 or older as of January 1, 2024.
-For the internship portion of the program, applicants for scholarships must be able to show proof of authorization to work in the United States and live within a commutable distance of our participating stores.
-Applicants should have demonstrated experience supporting underrepresented communities of color and/or self-identify as a member of an underrepresented minority group (which includes but is not limited to African American, Hispanic/LatinX, Asian, or Native American/Indigenous).
-Applicant must be qualified to receive financial assistance from the school they are enrolled with and be able to demonstrate financial need.
-Current or former Sephora employees are not eligible.
Candidates may submit applications January through March 31, 2024. After the deadline, interviews will be held and finalists will be notified by the first week of April.
